So yesterday was a pretty good day. An hour of quiet time,
plus we had base praise and worship which was amazing! Ate 2 poached eggs for
breakfast with a piece of bread and two glasses of water. Lunch was a serving
of spaghetti noodles with a little bit to vegetable tomato sauce and 1 ½ pieces
of garlic bread and 3 glasses of water. Dinner was a serving of rice and
cabbage and pork with 4 glasses of water. I actually didn’t have ANYTHING
sweet(this is seriously a miracle for me). I spent around an hour on the bike
and also did pushups, planks, crunches and stretches. Ready to have a good day
today!
