Yesterday was an absolutely crazy day! Started off by
getting up at 4:30am and headed towards Angkor Wat. I brought some fruit with
me and over the course of the trip I ate an apple, orange and a pineapple. I
also ate a cinnamon bun though and I hate to admit it, but I had an energy
drink. But it was a special Cambodian one that also has a lot of vitamins in
it. If given the choice again, I would still drink it as going on 4 hour of sleep I wanted to
have a brain for climbing the ruins of the once great city. For lunch I had a
serving of rice with vegetables, ½ an egg and some cashews. Dinner had a half
serving of rice with a golden dollar size piece of meat and a slice of dragon
fruit. Later we all went and hung out at a café and I had a mango fresh fruit
shake(I believe it just had mango and crushed ice blended together) and a piece
of French bread. For exercise I spent almost 7 hours walking and climbing around
Angkor Wat and then rode my bike for 30 minutes. Had an hour long quiet time
with God, and finished the book of Exodus!
