November 12, 2011


So yesterday started the ‘new program’ of 1 hour workout and 1 hour quiet time every morning. Felt really really good J Had yogurt and muesli for breakfast. It was incredible. And I don’t like breakfast, so I have a new favorite.  Lunch I ate a couple bites of rice noodles and lettuce. Dinner I had 2 enchiladas with a very small portion of ‘mexican’ rice and then had a dragon fruit shake and some pomegranate! Good day, especially because I feel sooo good today! Starting to try and look at each choice as a step towards something in the future and be thinking about that.
