November 14, 2011


Yesterday I had a good workout. Also had a decent quiet time, but not really as long as I would have liked it.  Breakfast was a banana, a pomegranate, some yogurt and muesli. Lunch was 2 pieces of bruschetta bread and a cesar salad. Throughout the day I had lots of fruit. Dinner was a ham and cheese sandwich and some French bread and then I failed and had some oreos and an oreo shake. I can feel it today and I hate it. Also, I realized how unsatisfying they were. Even though I ate them, they didn’t make the desire for them go away. I just wanted more. So it doesn’t make sense to eat them. I am learning a lot about myself through all of this.
